MAKS CSRS – When completing this form on a Customer’s behalf, please verify that there has been no change to their email address or ship from address.
You may also need to find the customer’s original order in shipstation and issue a new Return Label. Make sure Shipstation is set to automatically email the fresh return label to the Customer. Avoid re-sending the original Core Return label as it may have expired long ago.

If you still have the original box, pack your TIPM securely in it along with a detailed note or printout of the Return Form Confirmation email you will receive after submitting the Return Form. If you no longer have the original box, take your TIPM to the nearest post office and ask for the below-recommended box for the style of TIPM. Don’t forget to bring packing materials (foam peanuts / bubble wrap / crumpled newspaper), some packing tape, and the note/email printout. Save the USPS Tracking# just in case.
