If you bought a NEW or REBUILT TIPM from us and have now discovered the TIPM was not the issue or have simply changed your mind and you would like to return it for a refund less a re-stocking fee, no problem. Just fill out the below form within 30 days of your purchase, and send the TIPM back in its original box. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer when restocking. We recommend USPS Priority as your best method to balance cost with transit time.
When we receive the new or rebuilt TIPM, we’ll give it an inspection and issue your refund. After completing the below form, you will receive an email with a Restock Request Number. Ideally, print the email and pack it in the box with the new or rebuilt TIPM per our Packing & Shipping Guidelines. If you don’t have access to a printer, please complete the form below anyway as it helps us be in the lookout for your TIPM and to schedule a faster refund when we receive the TIPM. Include a note in the box with your name, email, Tel#, and the Restock Request Number.

packing & shipping guidelines
If you still have the original box, pack your TIPM securely in it along with a detailed note or printout of the Return Form Confirmation email you will receive after submitting the Return Form. If you no longer have the original box, take your TIPM to the nearest post office and ask for the below-recommended box for the style of TIPM. Don’t forget to bring packing materials (foam peanuts / bubble wrap / crumpled newspaper), some packing tape, and the note/email printout. Save the USPS Tracking# just in case.
