Sending us your old TIPM under our Core Buyback Program?
After your new TIPM is installed and working fine, please call us first to be sure your TIPM is eligible for our Core Buyback program. While we are eager to buy most TIPMs, there are a few we cannot refurbish for resell and some problems that cannot be repaired. If we agree to buy yours back, fill out the following form and click on Submit. The more detailed information you provide about the problems on the old TIPM, the faster we can credit your account with buyback funds upon receiving the old TIPM.
After completing the form, you will receive an email with a Core Return Number. Ideally, print that email and pack it in the box with your TIPM per our Packing & Shipping Guidelines. If you don’t have access to a printer, please complete the form below anyway as it helps us be in the lookout for your TIPM. If you can’t print the email, include a note in the box with your name, email address, Tel#, and list of symptoms. Also include our Core Return Number.
Packing & Shipping Guidelines
If you still have the original box, pack your TIPM securely in it along with a detailed note or printout of the Return Form Confirmation email you will receive after submitting the Return Form. If you no longer have the original box, take your TIPM to the nearest post office and ask for the below-recommended box for the style of TIPM. Don’t forget to bring packing materials (foam peanuts / bubble wrap / crumpled newspaper), some packing tape, and the note/email printout. Save the USPS Tracking# just in case.
