Product Description

In these vehicles, the fuel pump is a crucial component that pumps fuel from the tank to the engine, allowing the car to run. Typically, the operation of the fuel pump is controlled by a complex part of the car known as the Totally Integrated Power Module (TIPM). The TIPM decides when and how the fuel pump should work. However, sometimes the TIPM can malfunction, leading to fuel pump issues, such as not delivering enough fuel to the engine or running when it’s not supposed to, which can cause the vehicle to behave unpredictably or even fail to start.

  1. SIGNAL SOURCE – Our system does not use the vehicle’s ignition switch circuit as a bypass solution like others may. This not only can overload the ignition circuit more importantly it bypasses the ASD (automatic shutdown) circuit which is crucial for the safety of the vehicle and those inside it.
    Using the ignition switch circuit means the fuel pump is on as long as the ignition is on, which isn’t always safe, good for the battery, or even ideal.
    Instead, our system uses a signal from the ASD circuit that’s more closely related to the original manufacturer’s design for safety and efficiency but our unit has a solid-state component that will not break down like the original mechanical relay.
  2. SAFETY FEATURES – In case of an emergency, such as an accident, the system is designed to shut off the fuel pump. This is a safety measure to prevent fuel from pumping unnecessarily, which can be dangerous after an accident.
  3. INSTALLATION – To install this bypass system, you don’t need to modify the vehicle’s existing wiring, replace fuses, or add new cables. It’s a matter of disconnecting the current connector and replacing a plastic that is inside the connector with our bypass, making it an easy upgrade.
    In essence, the bypass system offers more direct and arguably smarter control of the fuel pump, ensuring it runs only when needed, based on the engine’s operation rather than the position of the ignition switch. This can help avoid some of the problems caused by TIPM malfunctions, providing a more reliable fuel supply to the engine and potentially extending the life of the fuel pump

    The first one they sent the right side door locks don't work but a lease my van ran now. Call them and they said it was the relay in it so they said said to return it so i did the $75.00 deposit they ship it Friday on had it on Monday. This one works great if i had the buy one again i sure would buy it from them again great customer service.
