Description

Has your old TIPM suffered severe corrosion or a literal "melt-down" / small electrical fire that has damaged the external wire harness connectors and they need to be replaced? Choose from any of the 7 standard plugs matching the receptacles found in TIPM Models for virtually all model years of your vehicle from 2006 to 2014. (Your vehicle may not need all 7). If you plan to replace the connectors yourself, first watch this video, and call us for a free telephone consultation on how to carefully plan and execute your swap. It's easy if you follow a few simple rules. All OEM parts. Free Shipping. One Year Warranty. All plugs come with pigtails still attached  (wire remnants from the previous wire harness from which the plug has been cut) to allow you to splice into your wire harness.  Pigtails can be easily removed if desired.

The plug arrived promptly, which was good. However, the wire harness was cut right at the plug, which was bad. My intent was to use some of the contacts but there was not enough wire to splice to outside of the housing.

[TIPM Rebuilders Comment]: Douglas, thank you for your review. We agree, it is usually the wire remnants (pigtails) that are the most important part of the plug. Thanks to your review, we have now revised our internal parts fulfillment staff training to ensure this does not happen in the future. We will gladly send you a replacement plug at no charge.

The plug was exactly what I needed since my tipm fried out so bad it melted the actual plug. The instructions on this website are priceless and made this an easy weekend project.

Easy to remove and repin into this connector. I replaced c2 and c3 and all of my problems were solved (failure to turn off engine with key off and transmission stuck in sport 4th gear.)
